1. Manual cleaning

3. Ultrasonic cleaning


Ultrasonic cleaning adopts chemical and physical processes to carry out cleaning, and the whole process of processing can be accurately adjusted according to the daily cleaning tasks. Cleaning is easy to use, no manual participation in the work. The mold is immersed in a cleaning liquid tank equipped with ultrasonic vibrators. Ultrasonic cleaning effect is based on the basic principle of cavitation erosion, namely, the replacement effect of pressure and suction. Bubbles will be caused in the suction link, and bubbles will burst in the charging link, which will cause obvious flow fluid and flow field, and "destroy" dirt from the mold.





4. Electrolytic cleaning


Electrolytic cleaning according to electrolysis and ultrasonic fusion, can thoroughly clean the mold, completely clean the mold surface gas qi, sulfide, carbon, oil, rust, etc., mold core stains.
