4) The number of nozzles is determined by the specific location of the glue inlet and the total number of concave dies per mold.
5) According to the total weight of plastic injection parts and the total number of hot nozzles to determine the radial size of the hot nozzle.
6) Determine the mold design and specifications according to the structure of plastic products, then select the standard length series size of hot nozzle according to the thickness size of fixed fixed module and fixed fixed template, and finally cut and repair the thickness size of the template and other dimensions related to the thermoelectric flow system.
7) Determine the shape of the hot runner fixed plate according to the shape of the hot runner separation plate, equip the plate with a power plug slot, and design sufficient cooling circulating water control loop around the hot runner separation plate, hot nozzle and nozzle head.
